I am a huge fan. I make it a point to see Scott in concert at least once a year. I just seen the Pasadena show at the Fox Theatre. Scott was amazing. He was great at the meet and greet. I was disappointed with his staff or promoter. We were made to wait and missed most of the sound check. There was no photographer, and we did not receive our autograph picture of Scott. Our concert ticket did not seat us in the VIP section, and there was no merchandise to purchase. But Scott's performance did make up for alot, I would be upset if my staff treated my loyal fans like that, so I'm hoping Scott reads this message.
