On My Sleeve
This song is like that breath of fresh air. The one you experience when you have connected with someone or something. Touching! ...in a word. To share that side of yourself takes a lot of courage. People can be so cold and our souls are always in danger. From a young age we learn to hide so much. I love that you can bring this topic to light. Put it out there!! Who can fix what is broken? Our hearts are broken. I know what it means when you say, "it hurts to breathe." Sometimes I cannot believe how accurately you are describing me in this song. A true reflection of self. It doesn't hurt to breathe when you have someone to share this with. Your fans share it with you. I believe this.
This means I am not alone in my way of thinking. I am not the only one who carries on so far. Speaking truthfully.
The beginning of this song is quite beautiful. Music and lyrics. It captivates me from the start. I can get very lost in thought listening to this one. My heart wants to spill open with the emotion. The connection of Creed is very apparent here. Powerful! The magic of your music. Years apart from each other...but you can create this music so quickly? I find it amazing.
I think each one of us shouts out...in some way. We want to know who out there really understands us. "Can you hear me?...are you like me?" It is in our nature and we cannot hide from this. We want to share love. We want to share ourselves. I wish more people would speak the truth as you do in this song. If only more hearts were tattoed on the sleeve. It is a brilliant song. When you share with us this deeply it is very impressive!

I can't believe that On my Sleeve was not a single. I think Stapp should
talk to A&R at Windup and get that to radio! I think it would be a hit.
Away in Silence should be on radio as well.

Yes! On My Sleeve SHOULD be a single. It is just a perfect, awesome song. Every single word in that song speaks to me, especially " I shout out, can you hear me? Mistakes have cost me years. Do they cost you? Are you like me?" Yes, I am! One of the things that sets me back the most nowadays is the often morbid remorse that I feel for the stuff I did in the past, and how I pissed away a lot of my youth doing stupid, destructive shit. And, yes, sometimes life hurts (for all of us) in ways that make it hard to even breathe. But I like that the song says various times "I'm not hiding." So while life can hurt, we look at it eye-to-eye and keep walking forward. :-)

I don't know but it would be awesome! Kristal posted that at the soundcheck for one of the shows they were talking about playing it and it seemed Tremonti wasn't up for it. So sounds like maybe not. I absolutely love this one too!

Does anyone know if this song will be a part of their setlist for the 2010 tour. At this time this song is my most very favorite song aside from To Whom it may concern and Inside Us All. Seeing them, Aug 21th, 2nd row and 24th VIP seating to be determined
